Please be considerate of fellow guests and treat the home as you would your own. SMOKING, DRUG AND ALCOHOL No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. No drugs or illegal substances of any kind. Alcohol is allowed in moderation—please be respectful and responsible. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep music, phone calls, and conversations at a respectful level, especially in the evenings. CLEANLINESS AND SHARED SPACES Common areas and bathrooms are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and other shared spaces. Wash dishes after use and wipe down surfaces. Dispose of food before checkout unless you’re staying longer than a week. No unapproved guests allowed in the home. The thermostat is set to 73°F in the summer and 68°F in the winter. BATHROOMS Bathrooms are shared. Please be mindful of time and clean up after use. Avoid doing anything that may clog the drains (e.g., hair dye, excessive grooming). TRASH & RECYCLING Garbage pickup is Monday and recycling is Thursday. Please take your trash to the bin and help move the bin to the curb the night before pickup. SAFETY AND SECURITY Always lock the front door behind you. Don’t share the entry code with anyone. Lock your room when you leave—we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located below the kitchen sink. Please familiarize yourself with their location upon arrival. YOUR ROOM No eating in the bedrooms. No candles or open flames. Please do not move furniture into or out of your bedroom. If you need anything removed or require additional furniture, just let us know—we're happy to help. Phenomenal rental! 3 minutes from BSW Temple and many places to shop and eat. Pros: - clean home/bedroom/bathroom - off street parking options - ample space in living quarters - host was accommodating; fast response time - safe neighborhood (I ran in the neighborhood at 4:30am every morning and felt safe) - professional cleaners come to clean common areas and bathrooms Cons: (non-dealbreakers) - no mirror or trash can in bedroom - no eating in bedroom policy not discussed prior to booking (Overall, not a deal breaker, but had I known I couldn’t eat in my rental room prior to booking, I may have considered renting somewhere else. I wish this policy was advertised up front rather than finding out after I booked the rental room. Again, this wasn’t a deal breaker for me, and I know this rental was the right choice for my month-long stay)

Beautiful home! Everything was spotless and the restroom and the kitchen were pristine. The bedroom was very spacious with plenty of furniture and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.
