this neighborhood was very quiet the house is very clean the bedrooms were clean everything worked I never met the host in person but from what communication we did have over text message they seem friendly I don't know what else you can say

Miguel was very kind and responsive! The house had everything I needed for an entire month long stay. Even when the batteries died for the electronic door knob to my room, Miguel took care of it promptly and efficiently. He even offered to provide an iron and ironing board for me to use with my dress shirts and pants when I asked. Miguel and his family will go to great lengths to ensure your stay is stress free. Excellent host!

We truly enjoyed staying at Miguel’s listing! Everything was wonderful! We had a small issue with the tv & he was very responsive & extremely helpful! We stayed a week & this listing was very close to everything we had planned to do on this trip! We go to Temple every year & will book this listing again next year! Thank you Miguel for all you did!!

Phenomenal rental! 3 minutes from BSW Temple and many places to shop and eat.
Pros:
- clean home/bedroom/bathroom
- off street parking options
- ample space in living quarters
- host was accommodating; fast response time
- safe neighborhood (I ran in the neighborhood at 4:30am every morning and felt safe)
- professional cleaners come to clean common areas and bathrooms
Cons: (non-dealbreakers)
- no mirror or trash can in bedroom
- no eating in bedroom policy not discussed prior to booking (Overall, not a deal breaker, but had I known I couldn’t eat in my rental room prior to booking, I may have considered renting somewhere else. I wish this policy was advertised up front rather than finding out after I booked the rental room. Again, this wasn’t a deal breaker for me, and I know this rental was the right choice for my month-long stay)

Beautiful home! Everything was spotless and the restroom and the kitchen were pristine. The bedroom was very spacious with plenty of furniture and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

Very close to the south loop clinic and Baylor Scott and white medical center! Very close to major areas nearby. It was so easy to check in and amenities were great. Walls are a little thin so just keep that in mind
